The Former attorney of Tamils for Justice Bruce Fein who was engaged from January 2008, and was educated, informed, directed and guided on the Tamil-Sinhala issues and gross violations of human rights by the T4J for nearly a year, finally releases a You Tube Report which was prepared or promised several months ago by Bruce Fein. For monetary greed and need Bruce Fein left the Tamils For Justice while he was on a fund raising mission to Toronto, sent by Tamils For Justice and joined a brand new outfit called Justice For Thamils formed by the unemployed son of the former MP the late Joseph Pararajasingam, Subakanthan, ans Tamils For Justice representative and collection agent Bavan Sriskandarajah. They all also fraudulently claimed that Tamils For Justice has changed it's name to Justice For Thamils and continued to raise funds, (95 % in cash), from the supporters and well wishers of the Tamils For Justice. Thousands of dollars in checks addressed in the name of Tamils For Justice donated has not been cashed (negotiated), by Bruce Fein nor Justice For Thamils, or Bavan Sriskandarajah (TEAG), and Tamils For Justice has decided to file a criminal complaint with the RCMP against all three parties through their attorney. All cash has been misappropriated by Bruce Fein, Bavan Sriskandarajah and Subakanth as part of the conspiracy of the Justice For Thamils, together with the other parties
in Toronto.

However, the Justice For Thamils outfit has became defunct, as Toronto Tamils started fighting among themselves. Representatives from Canadian Tamil Congress, and WTM also met Bruce Fein in his hotel and wooed him with grandiose promises, of cash and publicity in Canada. they were only paid employee of the Canadian Tamil Congress Danton Thurairajah, David Poopalapillai and Thangavelu.

Meanwhile Dr. M. Sreetharan the TRO Chief, and senior associate of WTCC, which are both banned organizations in America, approached Bruce Fein and Tamils For Justice in early June with huge amounts of funds if he can take over the Tamils For Justice. The T4J team refused, but he pursued surreptitiously and unprofessionally with Bruce Fein, and had a big fund raising event on June 28 at his residence with all his TRO and WTCC collection agents from many states. Professor Nanda ganeshan from Los Angeles also flew all the way to Bethesda to meet Bruce Fein to support the conspiracy hatched by Sreethran and Fein. The flow of cash was irresistible for Bruce Fein who was flushed with cash from the 850 Tamil donors from 3 public meetings, and one private donor meeting, as well as new cash inflow from Justice For Thamils.

So he jumped ship once again and joined Tamils Against Genocide group, led by the unscrupulous Tamil Dr. M. Sreetharan, who also controls the Tamil Net. He is under Federal Investigations by the FBI on the WTCC, and TRO litigation, and Treasury investigations. Only Karunakaran
Kandasamy was arrested and has been indicted. Further indictments are expected in the near future according to T4J sources, while the FBI painstakingly investigate the fund collection, and distribution of funds by a few corrupt Tamils in the US and Canada.

Now Bruce Fein is ONLY a representative of US-based non-profit organization, formed in July 2008, Tamils Against Genocide (TAG), and NOT it's attorney and former Deputy Associate Attorney General in the Reagan administration, (for just a few months) describes the mission and objectives of TAG, which was plagiarized from the ideas and innovations of Tamils For Justice since last year. The previous 2 Non Profit organizations Sreetharan was involved has now been banned for wrongful doings in the USA.

Do the Tamils believe that Sreetharan or Bruce Fein has turned a new leaf?

Bruce Fein, in an unprofessional, and unethical manner manner which is morally reprehensible, has used all the material, documentation, photographs, affidavits, representatives, and witnesses, to use it for the sole purpose of earning more money by fooling a few Tamils.

Only difference is that he not the attorney of the TAG, as well as upgraded the accusation on the two Rajapakse brothers and army commander from human rights violaations to GENOCIDE.
This is not only foolish but legally impossible to prove even if these allegations can be proven "BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT" in US courts.

This litigations win, loose or draw will also take over 10 years if it is even accepted by the Federal courts for hearings, as Bruce Fein seem to have abandoned the route of Gran Jury Investigations via the US Attorneys. This hoop la looks more of a Mattie Fein - Bruce Fein 10 year, 4 million dollar plan, and easy ride which will eventually end up with a big zero, and without any Hero, as litigation on Genocide accusations in Federal Courts is an impossible adventure even with the most experienced trial court attorneys. Tamils do not realize that Bruce Fein is brilliant only in giving speeches and writing op-eds, as he did for the Kashmiri separatist, Cypriots and Sudanese, but not a trial court attorney.

First and foremost Tamils need to differentiate between the Human Rights Violators and perpetrators of Genocide in the past 33 months, and duties and responsibilities of the 3 Sinhalese. It is ridiculous to include Basil Rajapakse on such charges of GENOCIDE,
as the Federal Courts if it has handled any such charges in US courts in the past 2 decades, will view it in a different light. Meanwhile Tamils will be spending tens of thousands of dollars on useless litigation, and will only be known in US Judicial system as a Vexatious litigant.

Only beneficiary would be the TAG representative Bruce Fein who does not have any attorney-client agreement with TAG. There is a reason for that. He can walk away any time without notice and join the next bidder, whether it is his former neighbor Sena Basanayake's group of Sinhala extremist, or FOSUS, or the Sinhala Defense League/Patriots et al.

Finally, Bruce Fein claims that in the unlikely event (He still promoses Miracles), that all three are indicted for Genocide in the US, that he will negotiate a TRADE, with them for some other considerations as if he has that right, power and priviledge.
What stupidity is that claim?

If any American citizen or resident is guilty of Genocide against the Tamils, Bruce Fein or his grand mother has no damn right to negotiate any trade offs. Tamils For Justice will definitely ensure with the US Department of Justice that Justice is served, and not denied, traded, or compromised in horse deals by sleazy attorneys who at best is immoral, unethical and unprofessional.

Bruce Fein, Mattie Fein, or Sriskandarajah have not accurately or honestly accounted for all the funds collected in different financial instruments for the past 8 months. That is not only a violation of attorney client relationship as per the American Bar Association but also a criminal act both in United States and Canada.
