New Delhi, 03 November, (Asiantribune.com): The central government of India should probe the end use of the money and other relief materials collected in the name of suffering Sri Lankan Tamils by the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi demands, Dr.Subramanian Swamy, Leader of the Janata Party in India.Dr. Swamy : "India should assist the Sri Lanka government to free these poor hapless Tamils from the clutches of the LTTE and re-settle them in safe camps."Dr. Swamy : "India should assist the Sri Lanka government to free these poor hapless Tamils from the clutches of the LTTE and re-settle them in safe camps."

Dr. Swamy, a former Law Minister of the Union Government of India pointed out that, most of the suffering Sri Lanka Tamils are presently being held as hostage and a buffer by the LTTE against a Sri Lanka army attack. He added, "hence, India should assist the Sri Lanka government to free these poor hapless Tamils from the clutches of the LTTE and re-settle them in safe camps."

Given below the full text of Dr. Subramanian Swamy’s press release:

"I demand that the Union Government probe the end use of the money and other relief materials collected in the name of suffering Sri Lankan Tamils, by the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Mr.Karunanidhi, and as AIADMK leader has warned, to ensure that these do not end up with the LTTE, an internationally banned terrorist outfit.

"Most of the suffering Sri Lanka Tamils are presently being held as hostage and a buffer by the LTTE against a Sri Lanka army attack. Hence, India should assist the Sri Lanka government to free these poor hapless Tamils from the clutches of the LTTE and re-settle them in safe camps.

"The Central Government should also seek the cooperation of Sri Lanka to set up a cohesive Committee of democratically minded and of anti-LTTE commitment those Sri Lankan Tamil personalities who can occupy positions of authority once the Sri Lankan Constitution is amended with the already agreed devolution proposals.

"I also warn the LTTE to learn lessons from the fallout for them from the Rajiv Gandhi assassination, and rein their stooges in India from engaging in intimidation and violence against patriotic Indians.

"Let the LTTE realise that despite the assurances given to them by some in high places prior to the assassination these dignatories could not protect them from their national ostracisation that followed and worldwide manhunt for their supremo.

"Today not one country including Norway is willing to speak up for the LTTE.

Even their "Tamil nationalist hero" Mr. Karunanidhi has to camouflage his support for the LTTE in the name of the suffering Tamils in the island. He does not dare to support openly the LTTE even as he sheds a few tears for their fallen in battle. His call for the ceasefire has been summarily rejected by his own government at the centre."

LTTE to learn lessons!!!!!....... It not in the dictum of Prabaharan. In which case there would have been peace by this time. Murder has to continue in the dictum of Prabaharan.Only his death can bring peace to the country. These are my proverbial words.

Dr. Swamy's comments are

Dr. Swamy's comments are very appropriate in the circumstances. If all these funds collected falls in the hands of LTTE it will be a disaster for the Tamil people. No political party should be allowed to participate in any democratic activity in a country based on racial or ethenic lines. Taking care of Tamils is not the same as funding LTTE which has created such a mockery of justice and civility for the millions of people in Sri Lanka.
end:

The representative of Tamils Against Genocide, Bruce Fein who has challenged Dr. Swamy for a worthless and useless debate might want to issue another press statement on this serious allegations.

After all the Doctors, Panchadcharam, Jeyalingam, Sreetharan, and Prasad from Bangalore have been trying to take Bruce Fein to India for the past 130 days.
However, none of them have not applied for their Indian Visa.

What a Joke?
