Dear Madam,
re:Sri Lanka : GSP Plus: Contribution to the investigation : "Please stop GSP Plus"

In a few more days, the official investigation on Sri Lanka will be over. The decision will come in a time when the genocide of Tamils set to take place at unprecedented levels as Sri Lanka set the stage:

* over 1500 have been killed, 5000 injured in just 6 weeks
* UN, ICRC, NGOs, all medical staff have been removed
* no independent media is allowed

Sri Lanka's war crimes has a long list yet it enjoys impunity:

* cluster bombs are dropped daily
* hospitals are attacked
* "safety zones" shelled, bombed
* medicine used as a weapon

Plight of internally displaced people and Tamils in general:

* more than 300000 remain in rebel held areas, rejecting Sri Lanka's offer
* those, nearly 25000 who came are to be held for 3 years in Nazi style camps
* many youth have gone disappeared, some are burned
* daily 5 Tamil youths are abducted

It is just not comprehensible to extend such a generous EU tax payers' privilege to Sri Lanka in whatever reason or name.
